Government of Rwanda briefs Development Partners on Budget Frame Work 2019/2020 The Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning hosted the Development Partner Coordination Group (DPCG), a quarterly consultative meeting between Government of Rwanda officials and development Partners. During this 71st DPCG meeting, Development Partners were briefed on the Budget Framework Paper 2019/2020 which was recently approved by Cabinet and also highlighted stunt and malnutrition issue. “We need your cooperation in supporting and most importantly in mobilizing sufficient resources to finance eradication of Malnutrition and Stunting.” Permanent Secretary and Secretary to Treasury Caleb Rwamuganza who is also the Chair of the DPCG. “We have better understanding of NST1 meaning we know very well the impact it has to all Nationalities. We are well positioned to play a big role and deliver on Stunting issue.” The United Nations Resident Coordinator Mr. Fodé Ndiaye Co - Chair of DPCG stated. DPCG is chaired by Permanent Secretary and Secretary to Treasury of the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning and co-chaired by UN Resident Coordinator Mr. Fodé Ndiaye and Leslie Marbury, the USAID Mission Director.
